  • How can I place my order?
  • You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.
  • How is my order shipped?
  • Orders are shipped Mondays through Saturday, excluding Ghanaian public holidays. Any orders placed on Sunday will be shipped the following week (Thus, Monday).
  • How long does it take for my order to reach me?
  • Orders are despatched within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. International orders take between 48-72 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Tomepreko Company Ltd. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholder's credit/debit card. Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of Tomepreko Company Ltd. or the carrier.
  • Which countries do you ship to?
  • We ship to all countries across the globe.
  • How do I track the status of my orders?
  • You will receive an email, together with a tracking number, notifying you that orders have been shipped. If you have further queries, please contact us at orders@tomepreko.com.
  • What are the payment methods available?
  • Currently, we only accept Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Wire Transfer, Paypal and Mobile Money payments.
